You'll contact me via email to book your first free 30 min virtual assessment session to see if we're the right fit.
THEN THIS
Once you get accepted to the program, we will meet for a 60 min one on one virtual session where we will create a coaching plan catered to your own needs.
THEN THIS
We'll virtually meet for 60 min sessions until you feel ready to try the new capabilities on your own.
i can help because i've been there
When I became an empty nester, I was lost, I was sad and unsure of who I was.
After enjoying and prioritizing being a mom for so long, my identity was completely dependent on my relationship with my daughters. I enjoyed being a mom, I gave it my all and I was good at it. I had fulfilled my main purpose in life. And now what do I do? Once the girls left I realized I wasn't fulfilled in my career anymore, the house I always loved seemed all of sudden very empty and I had all these old dreams, but no clear plan on how to bring them to life. And to be honest, those dreams didn't feel as exciting anymore. I was purposeless and adrift in the sea of life.
But after much trial and error, I was able to identify the pillars on which to build this new chapter in my life and that gave me all the clarity I needed. Self care, Family Love, and inspiring people are the key ingredients to the life of my dreams. And even though the process of balancing it all is not always easy, it's giving me the biggest fulfillment I have ever experienced!
